Alphaleo Evolveby ~alphaleo14

Many people have asked me how did Alphaleo came about, come to think of it, it was pretty interesting process as I tracked back to the old days. So here is a brief history on the birth of Alphaleo.

1. It all started with Lion King on 1994. I like Lion King so
much until I did fan art, and also in the mean time
local TV is showing Kimba the White Lion. So both Simba
and Kimba serve as the main key foundation design for
Alphaleo.

2. Until 1995 I stop Lion King fan art, and it was the time I
began to explore drawing into my own character. This Leo
on mountain bike was my very first furry art I ever did, and
also I’m a avid fan to mountain bike at that time.

3. The second Leo design was further developed in color and
details, and it was name ‘Klye’ and it was also the time
when I give ‘Klye’ the first pony tail. And the color was
pretty much a dirrect copy from Lion King.

4. On 1998, I began to explore leo in a more fantasy and
furturistic manner. And the character was name ‘Throwin’
this was the original version 1.0 Gun-pod, the version 2.0
can be found here.

5. The very first Alphaleo, originally a small furry art I did for
personallizing my visual culture journal. But the
name ‘Alphaleo’ was not used at that time.

6. The name ‘Alphaleo’ was born when I did this little web page
assignment in my college.

7. The following year. During my college holiday, I have
Alphaleo fully refine and redesign.

8. This is the current Alphaleo u come to love and hate.

That was so intereswting! I have been debating doing an evolution chart for my character Taku do you think I should? I love seeing the evolution of your character it is so interesting. Yay for the japanese anime Kimba and Lion King! If it were not for them we would never have the white lion known as Alphaleo that we love today, at least that I love today.

Very cool, this explains a lot of how your character came about. I love looking at how peoples' characters evolved through time. ^_^
