Ok! here is a old furry art that i din't received much feed back, oh well, try resubmit it. Ok! this is my dream bike that i lust for so long. and the suprising thing is after i finished painting this furry art i actually bought the frame with a good price, and now on the point of assembling the whole bike together slowly, mirecales does happens.
I think you have a hell of a lot of skill, but there's such a dichotomy of style between the furry guy and the landscape he inhabits/ the bike he rides, maybe because you've drawn the character a lot and you stylise out of habit. Maybe the reason you haven't got much feedback is that it's obvious the piece is superbly done, but there's something missing... a narrative, a context... why a furry guy anyway? It's hard to put my finger on it. Anyway I'm off to check out your gallery!

Well, you have the frame, that's a major part, only a little to go right? ^_^
Personally, I thought this one was amazing! I never commented on it for some reason or another. It really looks good though, you have an awesome eye for detail, and there is so much of it in this one. Okay, so there is always a lot of detail in your pics, but this is still very good. Great anatomy, nice perspective, and a good camera angle.
freaky, i took a quick glance and i almost thought it was a real life pic, been staring at the front tire to long anyways
excellent attention to detail, i like the way how you matched the color of his gear to the color of your/his bike. ^_^
background is amazing, i really thought it wasnt possible to put all that detail in a small space but.. you proved me wrong, excellent job! The bike i have is a Mongoose (for riding not tricks anyways)

Very nice job, everything from the bike to the background. I saw this when it was originally posted, however at the time I didn't have a DevArt account to comment. Who knew I could get one of these things just to yell at people? Anyway, if I really wanted to get picky I could point out the bicycle seat looks like it's turned to the side. Though I had to stare at the pic for about five minutes to even notice so it's probably my sleep lacking brain twisting things around. Again, really nice work.
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
