Oh man, it have been a year ago from my last journal entry,i think i should give a little bit of update about myself.
Like what the title said, i will be taking part in my local Gundam Modle Kit Challenge 2010, there will be a mid year competition and a year end competition, both i will be taking, my weapon of choice will be building a Gundam Unicorn centaur, that is why i have not been doing any artwork lately due to the build, i have been building it since christmas last year and it have been coming 6 months and i am only half way through, i was having second thought of not to rush for the mid year build since a rush work will only means regret, in a way i will still join the mid year competition by submitting my MG unicorn riser which i have build last year, not my best work but for the fun of it. i will be focusing more on the year end competition which is much bigger, i do wanted very much to win but i am only a newbie going against all the big boys and pros, even for local there are really some really good ones, i only consider myself as a junior compare to their skills, the biggest set back for me is that i have no airbrush experience at all, but i do recently purchase an airbrush with the compressor, price is good but now does my skills make magic out of it is the big ????.
i really don't want to rush out everything for the june contest but i do have some bigger plans for the year end competition i will also build a HG Kshatriya(gundam unicorn's enemy)along with the unicorn it will be a big show down between the 2 MS. sacrificing something small for something bigger. it will be quite wasted to send in my centaur gundam while the Kshatriya will be send to year end, so why not combine the both of them together for a MS show down.
I won't be doing any artwork for this year due to my focus on the competition, also taking a break from doing artwork for a while. for those of u who are eager to see the work in progress u can always check out this forum which i am constantly posting the work in progress forum.zerogunz.com/viewtopic.p… the lastest updates are on the last page

It's been such a long time that I did not update my journal. and even not doing any new artwork. Well there are mix feelings as I am writing this, as my title have written, My Dad have just pass away peacefully this Sunday Morning after he have his third stroke 2 weeks ago, and it have been 2 weeks he is in a coma and hospitalized, and finally when the time is right he left for a better place, and with great rejoicing we send him off, and in my heart I know I will meet him again. won the mid year Gundam Model kit challenge 2010
I can't believe that i actually won the mid year Gundam Model kit challenge 2010 in Malaysia, i did not won the champion prize but i did won the 'new challenger'(new comer/first timer)title. Ok here is the story

i'm back from my 2 weeks break, it was wonderful to be back in my home town(east malaysia), relax, rest,recover, celebrating christmas and new year with my family.
