What a week, i took up some 2D animation freelance work with my X-lecturer last week(oh great! another week delay on APU). it was so tiring, i work my usual working hour from 8am to 6pm and freelance from 7pm to 11pm/12pm by the time i got home i too tired to do any other thing but to sleep. But somehow on the bright side i manage to relearn back some 2D animation skills form my lecturer(i have been animating with toonboom all this time) sometimes it felt good to go back to tradisional for a change, and i too found out that i still have so much to learn and relearn as a 2D animator, i find myself still very weak at my drawing skills and image spacing, and it is hard sometimes to be consistant following the key animator drawing(i'm the inbetweener). i have once read that 'Bad inbetweens will kill the finest animation' so even being a helper i have to do my best to maintant quality control on the animation.

But somehow it was a good experience to work with people who have more experience than i and i'm taking this opportunity to learn as much as i can from them. But i still have to confessed it down to the bottom line earning some extra income is my primary goal.

Yes, it's the appreciation for inbetweener, because the smoothness of an animation depends on them :)

Keep on going, bro
